Bio
Most recently, I served as Executive Director, Strategy & Transformation at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation. Prior to that, I was Head of Change at Hiscox Business Insurance, and before that, I led Marsh’s Global Program Management Office (PMO). Earlier in my career, I held consulting and leadership roles at Satori Consulting, Reed Business Information, McKinsey & Company, and Arthur Andersen. I grew up near Frankfurt, Germany, and have lived in New York City since 1998.
I hold an M.A. in Change Leadership and Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, an M.B.A. from Pace University, and a B.S. in Information Systems Management from New York University.
