Prior to joining Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Coporation as Head of Transformation Management Office, I was Head of Change at Hiscox Business Insurance. Before that, I led Marsh's Global Program Management Office. Earlier career experiences included positions with Satori Consulting, Reed Business Information, McKinsey & Company, Arthur Andersen, and Best Western Hotels. I grew up near Frankfurt in Germany and have lived in New York City since 1998.
I hold an M.A. Change Leadership/Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, an M.B.A. from Pace University, and a B.S. Information Systems Management from New York University. Additionally, I hold Project Management and Agile certifications. In my free time, I teach Project Risk & Quality Management and Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity Planning in New York University's School of Professional Studies.
